I am sure that it comes as no surprise that the whole blog idea was Matt’s idea. He started one back when we were building the house and updated it with pics of the construction progress and such. Then, after Nora was born he started this one with our own domain name as a way to […]
One year ago today, our family became complete. Liam Joseph Sekol was born into the world and into our family. He is the son I never knew I wanted (I was convinced that I was more of a “girl mom” than a “boy mom”) and now I could not imagine our lives without him. He […]
Liam Joseph Sekol will be one year old on June 7th. Today we celebrated his first birthday with family and friends. Unfortunately Grandma Proctor and Pa Bill weren’t able to be here, as they had planned because mom has bronchitis so they weren’t able to make the trip – We missed you mom and dad! It […]
The Crayola Factory was having a dinosaur exhibit and Nora is currently obsessed with dinosaurs, so we just had to go check it out. It was a fun day of painting dinosaur stamps, making stuff out of model magic – including a dinosaur that Matt made for Anna, coloring with the sidewalk chalk, drawing on the […]
When the girls went to bed last night they left their Easter Baskets on the island for the Easter Bunny and when they work up this morning they were gone! Some how we convinced the girls to wait until after breakfast to go looking for them and they helped me make a big yummy breakfast, […]
We went to Grammy Terry’s and Grandpa Joe’s to color Easter Eggs, a yearly tradition. Aunt Jessie and Aunt Katie were also there to join in the fun. I do believe that we made it through without any broken eggs or spilled egg dye! Woohoo!
We went for our first train ride today, on the Easter Bunny Express in Kempton, PA. It is a seasonal train ride on the Wanamaker Kempton & Southern Railroad. After meeting Grammy Terry and Grandpa Joe there, we started off the trip with a pic with the Easter Bunny, then stopped by the gift shop to […]
We grabbed our baskets and headed to Chestnuthill Park to meet friends from our playgroup for an Easter Egg Hunt. We had a great time gathering eggs and then playing on the playgound at the park. Always a great time with our TCT Friends!
It was such a beautiful (okay, it was a bit windy…) Friday evening, and like most Fridays during Lent we were going to have pizza for dinner. So, on this evening, after Matt got home from work we packed the kiddos in the MV and picked up a pizza at D’Sopranos, our favorite local pizza […]

His Grandma Proctor and Pa Bill came out for a visit so they could be here for Liam’s special day and his Grammy Terry, Grandpa Joe, Grandpa Randee, Grammy Pammy, Great Grandpa Sekol, Aunt Jessie, and Aunt Katie also joined us to celebrate with Liam. […]
